Steve Kalafer is an American film producer, philanthropist and entrepreneur. He is the founding chairman of the Flemington Car and Truck Country and owner of the minor league baseball team the Somerset Patriots. He also has served as treasurer and a trustee of The Actors Fund, which he has been involved in for 15 years. The nonprofit group seeks to aid performers and others working behind the scenes in entertainment by offering social services, emergency assistance, healthcare, insurance, housing, employment and training services to those employed in film, theater, television, music, opera, radio and dance.
