Lee Isaac Chung is an American director and writer. Chung began his career as a film director with Munyurangabo, which was the first feature film done in the Kinyarwanda language. He also made three more films after that, Lucky Life, Abigail Harm, and I Have Seen My Last Born. It wouldn't be until his fifth outing, Minari, that he would receive international fame.
