Kim Magnusson is a Danish film producer and has since 1987 produced a large number of films. In 1998 he won an Oscar for the short film Election Night (1998). Together with his father Tivi Magnusson he founded M & M Productions, which he left in 2003 for a leading position at Nordisk Film Production, where he also was chairman of the Producers' Association. Following a restructuring of the management in early 2009, he stopped as director of Nordisk Film Production and as chairman of the Producers' Association. Magnusson is chairman of the Danish Film Academy.
