Kazuhiro Tsuji is a Japanese makeup artist. During high school he focused his career aspirations on visual effects makeup and started a correspondence with Dick Smith. After Tsuji graduated, Smith invited him to work on the Japanese film Sweet Home. After that Tsuji started his own business and worked on numerous Japanese movies. Tsuji also taught makeup at the Yoyogi Animation Institute. In 1996 he was sponsored by Rick Baker to work on Men In Black. This started the collaboration between Tsuji and Baker that has lasted over ten years.
