Don Hall is an Academy Award-winning American animator, filmmaker, director and screenwriter, who has worked on films by Disney and DreamWorks Animation. He got his big break in 1999, was hired to work on the story for Disney’s Tarzan adaptation. He spent the next several years working in the story departments of several high-profile Disney animated movies, including The Emperor’s New Groove (2000), Brother Bear (2003), and Home on the Range (2004). In 2007, Don was invited to contribute to the screenplay of Disney’s time-travel comedy Meet the Robinsons. Don’s ambitions to try his hand at directing were finally realized in 2011, as he was tapped to co-direct Winnie the Pooh.
