Celine Rattray worked for a few years at McKinsey & Company, before she worked in the marketing devision at HBO, to launch "HBO on Demand". After that she founded with the producer Trudie Styler her own film production company "Maven Pictures". She had three films at Sundance in January 2007 including the winner of the Sundance Audience Award, Grace is Gone.
